New Beginnings Cleaning — CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that the Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, forty-eight (48) hours notice to Stacey Bennett is required. Notice may be given by SMS (text), or phone at (207) 694-5754. Should the Client fail to give forty-eight (48) hours notice, the Client must pay 50% for the canceled cleaning and could be required to pay in advance for cleanings thereafter. Canceling more than three (3) consecutive cleanings, without prior approval of New Beginnings Cleaning, will be deemed a material breach and allow New Beginnings Cleaning to discontinue services. In the event that New Beginnings Cleaning needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24 hours notice will be given to the client. If New Beginnings Cleaning fails to give 24-hour notice, Client will be offered one cleaning at a 50% discount. I will always be fair. When weather makes it impossible to get to you safely, then we will reschedule as soon as possible.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
